1. The agreement
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Speakest is operated by Speakest Ltd, UK-registered.
2. The service
Speakest is a speech reflection and practice tool. Not medical advice or therapy. Not a substitute for professional help. If you're in crisis, contact the Samaritans on 116 123.
3. Your account
You must be 16+. Keep your password secure. One account per person.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Speakest to violate laws, record others without consent, reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, impersonate others, or harm minors.
5. Your content
You own everything you record. We only process it to provide the service. We don't train AI on it.
6. Pricing & subscriptions
Pro is £6/month, Premium is £14/month. 14-day free trial on first signup. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time from your account; access continues until end of period. Refunds within 14 days of first payment.
7. Availability
We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee 100%.
8. AI limitations
AI may miss things, over-flag, or produce inaccurate reframes. Use your own judgment.
9. Termination
You can close your account any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Liability
Service is “as is”. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, decisions you make based on Speakest's feedback, or damages exceeding what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded under UK law.
11. Governing law
England and Wales.
